Pristine Mouth Kit

I recently went to the dentist and was told I have periodontal disease. I was pretty freaked out by the word disease. If you know me I’ve become obsessed with healthy oral care since then. I honestly was lazy for years with my oral health care but I’m so happy I’m back on track.

There are 7 oral care steps I do every single night along with taking vitamin k2, drinking mineral rich herbal tea, eating a weston a price based diet, and oil pulling. It's outside in and inside out healing!

Consistency is KEY if you want results!

Since doing the steps every night my gums have stopped bleeding, inflammation in gums is gone, and my bad breath is gone.

The Pristine Mouth Kit includes:

Happy Gum Drops (5ml) Neem Oil, Jojoba Oil, Cinnamon, Peppermint, Clove, Tea Tree, Rose

Happy Tooth Powder (1oz) Toothpaste Alternative- Kaolin Clay, Terramin Clay, Bentonite Clay, Aluminum Free Baking Soda, Pearl Powder, Myrrh Gum, Sea Salt, Hexane Free Stevia, E.O.

Happy Mouth Rinse (2 oz) Filtered Water, Yarrow & Tulsi Tincture, Sea Salt, Wildcrafted Organic E.O. Blend of Tea Tree, Clove, Cinnamon, Myrrh, Fennel, Thyme, Cardamom.

1 Pure Copper Tongue Scraper - Reduces morning breath, removes coating.

1 Smart Dental floss- Natural Beeswax coating.

1 Bamboo Toothbrush- Soft bristles, bpa free.

I created the happy tooth powder for tooth remineralization with clay and you can be sure there is no glycerin added. Glycerin sticks to the teeth like plaque and takes 27 washes to remove it. When the teeth are coated with glycerin they can’t soak up needed minerals.

Caution- The neem oil in the happy gum drops has a bit of a sulphur smell. That's normal. Neem is widely known to help with gum disease and plaque despite its strange taste.

The 7 steps I follow nightly: (A card will be placed in your order with steps)

1.Salt rinse or happy mouth rinse- keeps mouth alkaline. Rinse especially after highly acid foods.

2. Tongue scrape. Rinse scraper in hot water and keep scraping until coating is removed. Add happy gum oil to scraper. (Don't press too hard as tongue is delicate)

3. Brush gums - add a couple of drops of happy gum oil to dry brush and brush lightly down towards the teeth.

4. Polish the teeth with happy tooth powder, not the gums.

5. Floss- Add happy gum oil to floss. Floss up and down and back and forth.

6. Final Rinse - Salt water or happy mouth rinse.

7. Water pik or water irrigate. I bought one on Amazon.

8. Massage a drop of happy gum oil into any sensitive spots.

I do this routine at night.  It takes about 15-20 minutes. It's so worth it! In the morning I brush with a few drops of happy gum oil on my brush and salt rinse.

Please report back with your progress and feedback!
