Mineral Rich Tea
I made this tea blend after learning so much about remineralizing the teeth and how herbal teas are an easy helpful way to get more minerals in! The minerals in here are wonderful for strengthening the bones and bone health. And bonus they are great for hair growth as well.
Oatstraw (Avena sativa), Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica), and Horsetail ( Equisetum arvense) are all extremely high in minerals and nourishing. It does have a deep earthy flavor so add raw honey to ensure you drink a lot of it. Make it taste delicious!
Directions: Add 2 tablespoons in 1 cup of water to a pan and bring to ALMOST a boil. Don't over boil to keep the nutrients active and alive. Cover. Let steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain through a mesh strainer.
If you want to make an infusion. Use half the bag which is 1 ounce. Add to a quart size jar. Add almost boiling water all the way to the top. Stir. Let steep overnight. Strain through a mesh strainer.
