I harvested wild blue elderberries by hand and infused them for 8 weeks into organic cane alcohol. The color is deep purple and the taste reminds me of a holiday cordial. If you like to shoot your tinctures straight, like I do, this one is potent and delicious.
Tinctures are concentrated herbal medicine that are easy to take. We have a tincture shelf in our house that we stand at everyday and dose ourselves with herbal medicine.
