I AM RESTORED
This is an herbal tea blend I made for anyone who needs to nourish and support their nervous system. I personally feel my nervous system gets so stressed and out of balance being a mama of a high energy boy! When I drink this herbal tea I feel different. I can definitely feel a sense of calm and more relaxed in my body. I brew a big batch in the morning in a quart size jar and drink through out the day.
Sometimes I make sun tea with it by letting it sit out in the sun for a few hours. And I always add raw honey to make it yummy and ensure I'll drink a bunch!Â
Motherwort is like a warm hug from your mama, she's relaxing and soothing to muscles, including your heart, emotionally and physically gives restoration.Â
Chamomile is very high in anti-oxidants super good for your skin and promoting sleep. Good for soothing your nervous system.Â
Holy basil is considered an adaptogen helping you deal with stress and reducing overall anxiety. Holy basil has long term use to reduce stress and anxiety.Â
Milky oats work directly work with the nervous system helping to restore the overall nervous system by nourishing and strengthening. They directly help nervous system exhaustion, adrenal burnout, anxiety, and stress.
Alfalfa is known as "The Father Of Foods"Â due to it's high amount of vitamins and minerals.
Support your nervous system. Gently soothe, nourish and calm your nervous system with nervine herbs. The herbs feed and strengthen the nerve and muscle tissue.
Drink 3 cups per day to restore your nervous system. It takes about 2 weeks to really feel restored but you can feel calm right away. Â
Ingredients are all organic and farm grown. Motherwort, Chamomile, Milky Oats Tops, Alfalfa, and Holy Basil.
This is not a sedative and doesn't put you to sleep. You can drink during the day. :)
