Wild cherry bark has an astringent, sedative, antispasmodic actions which helps dry mucus, and eases coughing. Wild cherry bark helps to open the respiratory system and get mucus up and out. It is a bit warming and drying.
Horehound is in the mint family, a strong bitter, and expectorant. It helps to support respiratory system relieve coughs. The hot tea helps to reduce a fever and and promote sweating.
Slippery Elm high in mucilage and often helpful for relief of coughs and irritated throats.
