Raspberry Leaf Tea
I love drinking raspberry leaf tea because it's powerful woman's health boosting herb. Midwives have used it to support birth and milk production. It also is known to support digestion, respiration, reduce inflammation, increase mental clarity, aid in detox.
Ingredients: Organic Farm Grown Raspberry Leaf (Rubus)
Directions: Add 2 tablespoons in 1 cup of water to a pan and bring to ALMOST a boil. Don't over boil to keep the nutrients active and alive. Cover. Let steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain through a mesh strainer.
It does have a delightful flavor but add raw honey to ensure you drink a lot of it. Make it taste delicious!
If you want to make an infusion. Use half the bag which is 1 ounce. Add to a quart size jar. Add almost boiling water all the way to the top. Stir. Let steep overnight. Strain through a mesh strainer.
