Canola oil Ages You! But Pumpkin Seed oil is my favorite.

Hi friends,

I notice an overwhelming difference in my body, skin, mood, and energy levels when I eat raw foods.  When I do eat occasional cooked foods though the one thing I always make sure to stay away from is Canola oil. It seems like it has taken over the restaurants and hot food bars but if possible stay away from it. Canola oil is not meant to be eaten as a food and has no place in the human body.

Canola oil is a genetically modified product that is made from the rapeseed but is named canola as in “oil from Canada.”  The marketing industry renamed rapeseed oil to canola oil so it would sound more appetizing and gain more profit.

Canola oil goes through an unnatural caustic refining process using very high temperatures, bleach, hexane, and deodorizers to degum the seeds to make them edible.  This processing and fractionating creates trans fats which are very damaging to the body and known to cause heart disease.

Besides all the toxic chemicals used in the processing of seed oils they also tend to go rancid and oxidize quickly.  It’s not safe or wise to put rancid oils in your body.  Rancid and oxidized oils are loaded with free radicals and can damage your tissues and cells, cause inflammation, Parkinson’s, brain disorders, and obsessive compulsive disorder. Rancid Oils age you!

Cooked industrial seed oils have the same molecular structure of plastic and harden in the body causing health problems and cellulite.  I find no reason to eat plastic, do you?  However, it does work well in making soaps, candles, lipsticks, biofuels, inks, and insecticides.

You will find canola oil, soy bean oil, corn oil, and partially hydrogenated oils in most pastries, packaged food items, and in restaurants so be sure to check labels.  Many restaurants use canola oil for cooking so it’s smart to ask what oil they use.  When I go out to eat at restaurants I only eat at ones who use lard, tallow, or rice bran oil, although rice bran oil is processed at least it’s not GMO like canola oil.

Canola oil is a modern invention and was never used in traditional cultures.  There is a lot of wisdom we can gain from our healthy ancestors.

Healthy Seed Oils that are Good to Eat

It’s ok and healthy to eat seed oils that are truly cold pressed below 96 degrees and to eat raw unpasteurized animal fats such as raw milk, raw butter, and raw cream.  These raw fats and oils are cleansing, nourishing, and great for your skin.

My all time favorite cold pressed seed oils are Andreas Seed Oils.  I eat and use them on my skin daily.  My top 3 are pumpkin seed oil, flaxseed oil, and black sesame seed oil.  They are extremely high quality and I love them so much I decided to sell them here for you.

I sell here on my site.

I use the oils daily for internal cleansing, stress relief, better sleep, and anti-inflammation.  I absolutely love using the pumpkin seed oil on my face every morning as a moisturizer.  These are truly the purest oils on the planet pressed by a one of a kind state of the art machine using the freshest organic non-gmo seeds.

Pumpkin Seed Oil nutrients found in pumpkin seeds may be beneficial for maintaining prostate health, lowering cholesterol, promoting kidney health, and hair and skin health.  In addition to being a nutrient-dense oil, pumpkin seed oil also possesses anti-parasitic properties, promoting use for the treatment of tapeworm infestations and schistosomiasis.

Flaxseed oil is known for its high omega-3 fatty acid content. People who suffer from Crohn’s Disease and colitis often find relief with flaxseed oil, as studies have shown that it can reduce inflammation of the intestinal wall.  I take flaxseed oil 20 minutes before bed I sleep really well at night, it also balances hormones, and promotes healthy skin, hair and nails.

Black Sesame Seed Oil is a very powerful kidney cleanser. I noticed 20 minutes after taking this oil I feel noticeable pressure in my kidneys. The oil removes toxins from my kidneys! It’s also beneficial for oil pulling because it is a rich source of calcium and vitamin E.

It’s wise to remember the choices we make shape our life.  Change your choices, change your life.  All of those small bites of processed foods here and there really add up during the day.  So kindly say no when someone offers you a bite of their pastry (refined sweeteners and hydrogenated oils).  😉
