*Recipe* Raw Butter Pomegranate Pie

Here is another delicious raw butter pie recipe using seasonal fruit!

I use all raw grass fed ingredients. The crust is nuts, raw butter, and raw honey.

Pomegranate Lime Pie

or you can call it Raw Pomegranate Cheesecake!

 

This raw butter pie is made in 3 steps. First you make the raw crust, then the filling, let sit, and last you frost!

 

Filling-

8oz of raw cream cheese

16 oz raw sour cream

1 raw egg

4 Tablespoons raw butter

3 juiced limes

6 Tablespoons of fresh pomegranate juice

2-3 tablespoons raw honey

1 teaspoon vanilla bean powder.

Blend in the vita mix and pour over the crust.  Let sit in the fridge for 8 hours or the freezer for 2

 

Crust-

1 cup of raw almonds

2 Tablespoons raw butter

1 Tablespoon raw honey

Blend in Food processor.  Then push into the bottom of a 8inch spring form pie pan.

 

Frosting-

8oz of raw heavy cream

1 Tablespoon raw honey

squeeze of  1/2 of an orange

Use a hand mixer and mix until thick. Frost pie. Enjoy!!

I’ve actually realized that this doesn’t have that much raw butter in it and its more of a raw cheesecake 😉

A REAL cheesecake, not a fake one using cashews trying to be a cheesecake!
