Health and wellness consultations dive deep into the root cause of the health challenge. We work on healing the gut microbiome, balancing blood sugar, balancing hormones, and addressing chronic issues. We will cover diet, herbs, supplements, and a holistic/cyclical lifestyle. I like to work with individuals to customize herbs for them and not just use a shotgun approach. But a tailored formula specific to the individual. I'm passionate about improving health through herbs, diet, and lifestyle.
A consultation is also for acute situations that arise with symptoms such as colds and coughs, UTIs, respiratory problems, allergies, liver support, rashes, sleep support, stress, menstrual pain, PMS, menopause, nervous system support, and emotional support.
