Kids Care Bundle
This is essential for families to have on hand for the kiddos. There are herbs for initial cold and flu symptoms, sore throats, and ear infections. Sometimes, there just isn't time to run to a local health food store, and these products should have you covered.
Included in the bundle are:
1. Mullein Garlic Oil- Lay down and lean your head to the side so that the ear is facing upward. Place 3-6 drops of Mullein Oil into the ear. Gently insert a cotton ball into the ear to prevent leakage. Repeat for 2-4 weeks as needed. Contraindications: consult your physician if you have ear pain or infection. Do not use if the eardrum is perforated.
2. Sore Throat Spray: All Organic Ingredients: Echinacea Root(Echinacea angustifolia), Hyssop(Hyssopus officinalis), Wild Osha Root (Ligusticum porteri), Licorice Root(Glycyrrhiza glabra), Propolis( Apis mellifera L), 50% Organic Cane Alcohol. Usage: SPRAY AS NEEDED.
3. Kids Cool & Calm: Organic Echinacea Root, Wild Elderflower, Organic Catnip, Organic Lemon Balm, Wild Violets, Organic Cane Alcohol, Coconut Glycerin.
Usage: 1-2 droppers 3 x day. Half this amount for children 1-4. Add to tea, water, or apple juice for littles.
Violet leaves are known as "A Child's Aspirin," so they will help with any discomfort as well. The calming herbs lemon balm and catnip are also known as children's herbs. Lemon balm is relaxing, mood-boosting, and antiviral. Elderflowers are considered a child herb as they reduce a fever by opening the pores and stimulating sweating. Great for both children and adults with colds and fevers.
4. Elderberry For Kids: Organic Elderberry (Sambucus), Organic Echinacea Root, Organic Clove, Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Chips, Brandy
This is a kid-friendly tincture because it contains no honey and is extracted in brandy, which is much easier on the palate than my normal cane alcohol.
5. Echinacea Tincture: An all around remedy to have in the house for toothache, infection, bug bite, blood cleanser, immune support, lymphatic support.
