Wild Arnica Salve- Sore Muscle Balm

Do you get sore after a hard workout, long run, intense bike ride, or hiking? Do you get sore feet and sore hands from gardening and standing all day? This salve is perfect for you!
Traditionally, Arnica is used for swellings, sprains, and bruises. Examples include tripping and spraining an ankle, heavy lifting at work or the gym, and whiplash.
Massage it on to relieve pain and bring movement to back, neck, or knee pain, a pulled or sprained muscle, varicose veins, or tight muscles. It can also be applied as a chest rub.
Ingredients: Wildcrafted Arnica Flowers slowly infused into Organic Cold Pressed Olive Oil, Brittlebush Flowers(Encelia farnosa), California Poppy Plant (Eschscholzia californica), Pure Beeswax, Organic Peppermint E.O.
Volume: 1 oz BPA-free/food grade tin
Directions: Rub into sore muscles, aches, pains, joint, arthritis, sore neck tension, bruises, growing pains. Use after a hard workout the night before bed to ease soreness. Keep applying to sore areas.
