Anti-Spike Tonic
I have formulated this special combination of vinegar and herbs to aid in balancing blood sugar levels. Maintaining balanced blood sugar is crucial for overall metabolic health. Fluctuations in blood sugar levels can lead to various health issues, such as hormonal imbalance, metabolic problems, and cognitive decline.
There are many ways to regulate blood sugar. One of the simplest and most effective ways is to take a shot of this vinegar blend before meals, making it easy to incorporate into your daily routine.
Several studies have shown that cinnamon and mulberry leaves regulate glucose, have blood glucose-lowering effects, and have anti-diabetic properties. Additionally, basil, lemon verbena, and lemon balm have also been studied to lower blood glucose levels. Sage is particularly known to significantly lower blood sugar levels, especially when consumed on an empty stomach.
When you take a shot of this special vinegar before crab or sugar meals, it's known to reduce the glucose spike by 40%!
Some more things I do to manage my blood sugar are as follows:
*I eat vegetables for their fiber before any carb meals
*I walk after every meal
*“I put clothes on my fruit.” I eat fruit with raw heavy cream, cheese, or Greek yogurt. Some fat to slow down the glucose spike.
*I eat a savory breakfast
*I eat a lot of protein, and my goal is to consume 100 grams per day.

Directions: Drink 1-2 tablespoons before a meal and before bedtime.
