Burdock root is a traditional herb for skin issues of any kind by helping to clean the liver, blood, and detox pathways. It has an affinity for the gut due to it's high levels of inulin- which is a prebiotic and food for the gut bacteria to eat. A healthy microbiome means healthy glowing skin! 

Burdock root helps clean and rid our body of toxic waste and excess hormones which may be clogging up our liver. When the liver, lymph, kidneys, and colon are clear and microbiome is fed our skin stays hydrated and glows.

I like the form of an herbal extract/tincture as it preserves the fresh root, extracts the most medicine, is easy and convenient to take, and last a long time!

Ingredients: Wild Burdock Root(Arctium lappa), Organic Cane Alcohol 50%

Usage: 1-2 droppers 1-3 x a day or as needed
