Blissful Brew Instant Latte (Caffeine free)
This is an adaptogen mushroom powder blend that is caffeine-free and sugar-free. You add hot water and a sweetener or creamer if you desire. As a bonus, there is already MCT oil powder and collagen powder in the mix.
I created this for ease and also for anyone looking for zero caffeine and zero sugar. Plus, there is the added bonus of the nourishing and building daily additions of adaptogens and mushrooms.
The mushrooms are for immune modulating and preventative support and a brain boost! The adaptogens help us relax, handle stress, sleep well, and boost our moods and brain function. The collagen builds and supports healthy collagen in the skin, helping with glowing skin and healthy joints.
I make this in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
I do add raw butter and raw honey to mine. Then, I use a little whisk (frother) to froth it up.

Usage: 1-2 tbsp. added to 6-8 oz of hot water. Stir.
