
Ashwagandha Rose Honey
The first thing that comes to mind when I think of ashwagandha is restoration from extreme exhaustion. Adaptogens come in and help us regulate stress helping to relieve stress and anxiety. When stress is lowered immunity improves, sleep improves, and brain function improves.
My favorite 2 ways to take ashwaghanda honey is 1/2 teaspoon right before bed to improve the quality of my sleep and wake up restored. I also add a 1/2 teaspoon to my morning coffee for a calming adaptogen.
Ashwagandha is also good for immunity, bone health, boosting moods, brain health, and helps with weight loss.
Rosehips are high in vitamin c and build immunity and are beautifying.

Directions: Take 1 Teaspoon a day. 1/2 teaspoon right before bedtime.
