Daily Vitamin Tea
I love this tea blend so much! You really can get so many vitamins and minerals from drinking herbal tea. This tea is nourishing, cleansing, and blood building.
This tea is also very high in calcium which is something to start thinking about mid forties and premenopausal years. A big mug of calcium rich herbs counts as 250-300 mg of calcium.
By the age of forty we can start to lose bone mass. Osteoporosis can sneak up and it's good to start with eating calcium and weight training early.
Alfalfa is known to have every single vitamin in it!
Volume: 2 ounces dried herb
Ingredients: All Organic! Stinging Nettles, Oatstraw, Alfalfa, Red Clover, Spearmint
Directions: 1 tablespoon of dried herb to 1 cup of hot water. Let sit overnight for more mineral extraction. 10-20 brew minute is okay too.
