I first made this Lavender Body Oil because I was drawn to the uplifting and intoxicating scent of lavender but then after applying it was so much more. It was relaxing and nourishing to my skin, body, and spirit after a long busy day.
Lavender Herbal Body Oil Uses-
Relax the muscles.
Use on skin for cuts, scrapes, burns, and rashes.
Great for scalp and foot massage.
Relieve headaches and premenstrual headaches.
Cooling for sunburns and bug bites.
Apply to red or swollen skin.
Apply to sore muscles, achy muscles, and tense muscles for relief.
Use in childbirth for relaxing!
Lavender is cooling and good for an overheated body.
It's Anti-spasmodic, so it helps with muscle spasms of any kind.
Lavender is known for anti-aging because it helps reduce stress, and stress reduction means younger skin.
Herbalist Judith Berger suggests Lavender baths be taken regularly by every woman raising children. (You can add the oil to a bath)
Ingredients: Organic Farm Grown Lavender Buds, Organic Cold Pressed Olive Oil, Organic Jojoba Oil, Wildcrafted Lavender EO
Volume: 2 oz glass bottle/treatment pump top
Directions: Apply liberally to the body, feet, face, and earlobes for massage or to a bath for calming, soothing, uplifting, and renewing purposes. Apply morning and night or as needed.
