I made this salt to get more minerals, iodine, and nutrients into my body naturally for hormone balancing, thyroid support, and energy. It also adds a delicious, unique flavor to your meals!
Seaweed's high levels of iodine can improve overall thyroid gland health. Iodine is known for hormone health, including perimenopause, cyclic breast pain, ovulation, fertility, PCOS, heavy periods, and elevated estrogen.
Kelp- Known as an "Herb From The Sea." Kelp is another rich iodine source for thyroid health. Kelp is nutrient-dense and contains micronutrients, mineral trace elements, vitamins, and prebiotics.
Alaria aids in digestion, boosts immunity, and has vitamins and minerals.
Kombu Flakes & Digitata Flakes- Iodine source, minerals, and nutrients.
Stinging nettle is a rich source of iron & minerals.
