Winter Wellness Tea
The winter wellness tea is a potent and delicious immune supporting and lymphatic moving tea. All the ingredients are organic and include Elderberries, Echinacea Angustifolia Root, Ginger root, Astragalus Root, and Red Root. The tea brews a lovely almost blueberry like flavor with a little kick of spice from the ginger. It's a beautiful blend.
Drink 1 cup a day as a preventive. Drink 3 cups a day when the onset of a cold or flu occurs.
Directions: 1 teaspoon of dried herb to 1 cup of hot water and let steep for 15-20 minutes. Add raw honey. If you like it stronger and more medicinal -make it using 2 teaspoons of dried herb to 1 cup of hot water.
Ingredients are all organic & farm grown, Volume 3 OZ.
I recently served this at our retreat and folks were raving about how delicious it is.
