Immunity Tea
Immunity tea is a potent and delicious beverage that boosts the immune system and aids in lymphatic system function. The tea brews a lovely, almost blueberry-like flavor from the elderberry with a little kick of spice from the ginger. It's a beautiful wellness blend. You can drink this any time of the year for immune support.
Drink 1 cup a day as a preventive. Drink 3 cups a day when the onset of a cold or flu occurs. You can still drink through the duration of sickness.
You can also make your own batch of elderberry syrup with this. Take the whole bag to 8 ounces of water and make a very strong tea (brew for 2 hours on low), then add 1 cup of raw honey and tincture if you like.
Volume: 4 ounces
Directions: 1 teaspoon of dried herb to 1 cup of hot water and let steep for 20 minutes(or longer). Add raw honey. If you like it stronger and more medicinal -make it using 2 teaspoons of dried herb to 1 cup of hot water.
