California Poppy Tincture
This is one of my favorite tinctures. We take this at night for a deep sense of calm, to relax, and for the nights it's hard to fall asleep. It's a gentle plant medicine that my son takes too. I especially love having this tincture with us when we travel. Poppy is deeply relaxing, quiets the mind, and promotes sleep naturally(mild sedative).

Ingredients: Wild flowers, leaves, and roots of California Poppy, (Eschscholzia californica), Organic Vodka. Picked fresh and immediately processed for extracting, then hand pressed and bottled.
Volume: 2oz dropper
Directions: Shake well before using. Take 2-3 droppers full as needed. Take straight into mouth or add to a small glass of water and swallow.
