Ingredients: Organic Passion Flower, Wild Skullcap, Wild Blue Vervain, Wild Valerian, Organic Cane Alcohol, Organic Coconut Glycerin.
Usage: I would take this sleep formula 30 minutes before sleep so it kicks in before bedtime. If you're laying there awake or awake in the middle of the night, take more. Then if you're still awake in 15 minutes- take more( 1-2 droppers full)
